CHO Residual DNA Crystal Digital PCR® Assay is a 10X assay designed to detect and quantify three sequences of the CHO GAPDH gene using the Ruby Chip.

Detecting CHO host residual DNA is essential to meet regulatory standards in QC of biologics impurities to ensure patient safety by minimizing risks of tumorigenic and immune responses.

Regulatory agencies including the WHO and the U.S. FDA have provided guidelines for the upper limits of residual DNA to be limited to 10 ng/dose with a maximum length of 200bp.

This assay is available in 200 and 1000 reaction formats.
