This application note showcases the repeatability achieved by the system on a six-color assay and shows the precision obtained on a large part of the dynamic range of the system. In these experiments, the Opentrons OT-2 automated liquid handler was used to load the reaction mixes in the Ruby Chip wells, thereby reducing the user hands-on time.
